All of the CSS Layouts that are showcased on this website are classed as "Free" or have some form of licence attached. Some of the layouts require that a link back to the developer or publisher is found within the layout if it is used on a live website.
Types of CSS Layouts

All of the CSS layouts or CSS skins have a very basic set-up. There is little or no tag formatting ensuring that you have full control over what happens with the layout.
The difference between these layouts or skins and the CSS templates found within this site is that these layouts have absolutely nothing in them, none or very little contextual formatting.
